Physie is a fusion of dance and sport.

Physie (or Physical Culture) combines fun, upbeat dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga to increase strength, fitness, and flexibility.

Why do Physie?

The benefits of Physical Culture are increased flexibility, better co-ordination, and improved core strength and posture.
